How will people find my online shop?

Research shows that search engines accounted for over 36% visits to retail Web sites in the US in 2006 and this figure is set to increase. By choosing Rocket Cart, you have chosen an online shop that is designed to be 'search engine friendly'. This means your shop will include elements that popular search engines prefer such as non-dynamic looking URLs, page Meta data such as titles, descriptions and keywords plus on-page elements such as H1s, alt image tags and links. These elements and the structure of your shop will help search engines find and index your products. By locating keyword phrases within your shop content (in its product pages and static pages), you can gain rankings for your online shop on search engines, which should ultimately mean traffic and sales.
