Cross Selling
The Rocket Cart cross sell feature is available to leaseholders of Rocket Cart Pro only.
It enables customers buying a particular product to view links to other products bought by other customers buying that item.
If for example, your customer is buying a body lotion, your cross sell opportunity is to present additional products for purchasing.
Cross Sell Features on Rocket Cart
- You can select up to 20 products, which can be viewed via the cross sell option in the Administration section of your Rocket Cart shop
- You can also decide how many products are viewed at a cross sell opportunity
- Rocket Cart automatically displays the most popular purchases bought with the product being purchased (i.e. you do not have direct control over which products are displayed in the cross sell).
